Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET-1) -2011 is going to be held on 10thJuly 2011.

Eligibility: Minimum percentage =50 % (general), 45 % (for others). The applicant must be a resident of state of Uttarakhand and must be enrolled in the employment exchange of Uttarakhand.
B.com. graduates can also take part in TET OF Uttarakhand 2011. (According to the new rules declared by NCTE)

Paper Plan: The UTET-2011 will comprise of a single paper of 150 marks. There will be 150 questions of One mark each. There’ll be no negative marking. The test paper will be of 1 hour and 30 minutes duration.

Price and availability of application form: The UTET-2011 application form will cost Rs 640 (for general category), Rs 340 (for OBC/SC), Rs 240 (for handicap). The form will be available from 16th of May 2011 at various designated post offices.

Last date of submission of a fully filled application form: 4th June 2011
