Lok Adalat in UdhamSingh Nagar on March 14 2012
A Lok adalat (Public Court) would be held in Udham Singh Nagar on March 14 2012.
The public Court is being organized as per the directions of the Honorable Nainital High Court.
What cases will be taken in the Lok Adalat:
In addition to the cases pending in various courts of the district; the Lok Adalat will also take matters pertaining to the offices of the District Magistrate, tehsildars, Additional District Magistrates and Forest Department.
Only those cases would be taken up for resolution, for which both the parties involved show a mutual consent.
