I can still remember our Yoga teacher at school, advising us to do Tadasana (a Yoga pose in which one has to raise ones hands vertically above the head and then stretch the body vertically; as if the fingers want to touch the sky) to grow taller.
When I stumbled upon a news of a
Tadasana International Festival of Yoga and Music, to be held at 2600 Barnard Way, Santa Monica; I started practicing Laughter Yoga almost immediately.
On a serious note, Tadasana, which literally means “A pose which resembles a Palm tree – known for its height” can be good for your growing kid.
