Yoga and meditation keeps Miranda Kerr Slim n Trim

Miranda Kerr’s perfectly toned body has scored her a contract with one of the world's best-known fitness brands. She has recently shot latest Reebok campaign for Easytone shoes.

Now she has revealed how daily 30-minute yoga sessions and a "super healthy" diet help her tone her slender 5ft 9 inch body.

Miranda, a 29-year-old model, may not be speaking just for the sake of speaking. Recently, she and her year old son Flynn were seen coming out of a Yoga Studio in New York.

Notably, following the birth of Flynn last year, Miranda has also started experimenting with resistance training, a method which has among its admirers a number of Hollywood stars including Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Alba.

So how much time Miranda devotes to Yoga daily -- Half an hour of yoga in the morning. The half an hour Yoga makes her feel good, admits Miranda; Further adding that Yoga has made her super flexible.


Apart from Yoga, Kerr’s fitness timetable includes doing Pilates and strength training with weights and resistant bands.

Miranda practices Meditation as well. This is to give her mind a break from her hectic schedule and motherhood, she explains. Kerr said daily meditation helps her to find greater peace and calm.

Kerr’s Motto: "Health is really wealth I think,".

Can’t say for others, but since her beauty pulls her the money; the motto is just right for her.
