Delhi Water logged, no wonder Delhi CM hired Dr Gosain from Uttarakhand
Delhi saw heavy rains this evening. As a result, the Delhi is crawling at present. The traffic jam will continue for at least two hours.
Fifteen days ago, the delhi CM Ms Shiela Dixit has hired dr. Gosain from uttarakhand, to create draining system for Delhi.
