Uttarakhand Government's 'Uttarakhand Sarkar Berojgari Bhatta' OR 'Uttarakhand Government Unemployment Allowance' OR "Uttarakhand Shikshit Berojgaron Hetu Rozgar sah kaushal Vikas Bhatta Yojna" will start from state Foundation Day, November 9, 2012.

Uttarakhand Rozgar sah kaushal Vikas Bhatta Yojna:

Allowance for class 12th Pass: Rs 500 per month
Allowance for Graduate: Rs 750 per month
Allowance for Post Graduate: Rs 1000 per month

Conditions of Eligibility:

1) At the Time of applying, the Age should be in between 25-35 Years (as per Class Xth Certificate)
2) The minimum Educational Eligibility is Class 12th.
3) The Allowance will be given only o those individuals who are permanently residing in Uttarakhand BEFORE the foundation of state date, that is November 9, 2012
4) The annual income of the unemployed individual applying for unemployment allowance should not be more than Rs 1, 50,000 yearly.
5) The unemployed person should be registered in any employment exchange in Uttarakhand for 4 years (with Renewal is required) before November 9, 2012. Those who are registered but, who have not renewed their registration, are also not eligible. Hence, a person who registered after November 09, 2008 will not be eligible for the Program.

Enclose the following documents along with the Application Form:

1) Original Affidavit in prescribed format
2) Photocopy of X-10 certificate as provided by the Uttarakhand Employment Exchange
3) Photocopies of Class 10th and 12th marksheets
4) Photocopy of Permanent Residence OR Domicile
5) Photocopy of a utility Bill as proof of the Current Residence Address
6) Caste certificate
7) Annual Income Certificate of the Family
