What if you submitted the online ukpsc PCS 2012 application form and later realised that you didn't include something. Since you can't update your PCS 2012 application form once submitted, you have to do it manually. 

Based on the reply to a particular candidate, the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission prescribed this: In case the candidate wants to add some information to his already submitted PCS 2012 application form, then he has to follow these steps:

Take print out of your submitted PCS application form. Send an Application with the change manually done on the Print out of Online Application form of PCS 2012 , along with the photocopy of the your fee payment Challan receipt (that's given to you by the bank) to :
