The School of Foreign Languages of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a Certificate programme in Russian Language. The IGNOU Russian language certificate course aims to give the basics of Russian Language to beginners. IGNOU hopes that after completing the Russian Language Certificate course the learners will be able to read, write and speak Russian language with a high accuracy.
