IGNOU-ICAI dual degree programmes in Accountancy and Finance IGNOU and Institute of Charted Accountants of India (ICAI) have collaborated together to start dual degree programmes for candidates pursuing Charted Accountancy (CA). Eligibility for B. Com (Accountancy and Finance) course Those enrolled for CA programmes at foundation, intermediate or first level are eligible for taking up the B. Com (Accountancy and Finance) course. IGNOU-ICAI dual degree programmes Eligible candidates will have to do minimum prescribed courses & credits from IGNOU. The remaining courses and credits will get automatic credit transfer from ICAI to IGNOU degree programme. CPT qualified and IPCC registered candidates can apply for the programme.
