 Dear Sir,
Had a horrific experience with DRS Dilip Roadlines Pvt Ltd. (Agarwal Packers and Movers).  They badly damaged my Chevrolet Spark car given to them to be transported to Goa from Dehradun. The car is damaged to the extent that the  estimated cost of repair given by Chevrolet is Rs Two lacs twenty three thousand!!!   A Shameful and  unapologetic M/s DRS Dilip Roadline is now advising me to claim my original car insurance and take it as a total loss. They are not even replying to my mails. Please share this letter on your Facebook and twitter page and other groups so that people do not make the mistake of hiring services of DRS Dilip Roadlines Pvt. Ltd and they feel ashamed and give me the compensation for turning my car into scrap. Editor's reply: Publishing the agony of a disappointed consumer doesn't mean that the service provider(s) involved is guilty. It simply means that the service provider(s) in this transaction failed to satisfactorily satisfy the angry consumer. According to Mr. Manocha, the service provider is not following the simple courtesy of replying to his emails. In today's highly competitive business environment, simple courtesies of taking phone calls and replying to emails are must for any business(s).
