The AIIMS Rishikesh is charging very high automobile parking charges. The parking spaces have been alloted to the private contractors. The contractors are charging Rs. 20 for the two-wheelers and; Rs. 40 for the three and four wheelers.

In addition, during day hours, if the automobile leaves the parking space and returns back then it has to pay parking charges again. The parking charges and their implementation are problematic for the patients and their attendants.

The parking charges are very high and the implementation looks arbitrary. The AIIMS administration must take note of the issue. The Uttarakhand Chief Minister @tsrawatbjp must Kindly take immediate note of the issue.
